impeach him because he had executive orders. i can just say this? papa bush, george h.w. bush had an executive order that stopped the imports of assault weapons. that was back, if i'm not mistaken in 1989. so don't tell me executive orders is just an obama thing, it's not. let's go the substance of this thing. would it have stopped the heinous tragic crime? is it dealing with the mental illness? is it dealing with the cultural issues? >> clearly, larry, you're absolutely right the president does have the power of the executive order. let's see the president use that power not only to issue executive orders but also as the thought leader in the country really to bring focus on what is the common factor in all of these dreadful things. i'm a mother, i'm a doctor. it's unimaginable and unthinkable and that is deviant behavior. these are criminal minds perpetrating these crimes. we need to have an effective approach to that problem. guns are inas a nm-- inanimate . >> family break up. the fact that there's no faith or heaven forbid prayer in elementary school. is there enough of that
